Rooster Rob's

My dear friends have opened their own breakfast cafe in Jonesborough, Rooster Rob's. Today, not only did a partake in a wonderful breakfast, but I took some photos for them to use on their site.  Here's a few of the photos that turned out well.  We are going to try another photo session when we can stage the food and lighting a little more.

My usual breakfast - one egg over medium, hash browns, and two homemade biscuits.  It's so yummy I haven't tried anything else, yet!

Yes, this french toast is as big as it looks!  Everything I hear is that it is delicious!!  Maybe one day I will pass up my usual to give it a try!

A BLT with a side of home fries - and you could add cheese, onions, and peppers to the home fries if you were so inclined!

Biscuits and gravy - a country breakfast tradition!

Rooster Rob's is located at 2544 Tennessee 81N, Jonesborough, Tennessee 37659 and open Tuesday thru Saturday from 7:00 am to 11:00 am.  Drive out there and check it out today!!!
